摘 要:本研究旨在探讨玉米自交系在拔节期(V6)和乳熟期(R3)抗根倒伏性状的相关性研究。对拔节期68份玉米自交系进行根系极限拉力、根鲜重、根长、茎秆直径、根体积、根表面积、根投影面积和根尖数进行测量;对乳熟期的68份玉米自交系进行极限拉力、气生根数目、气生根直径、气生根长、次生根数目、次生根直径、次生根长和茎秆粗进行测量。研究表明:玉米自交系拔节期极限拉力与根鲜重、根直径、根长度、根体积、根表面积、投影面积、根尖数均呈极显著正相关,相关系数在0.37~0.62之间,根系极限拉力值与根鲜重相关系数最高(0.58)。自交系乳熟期极限拉力值与其它性状相关系数在0.02~0.45之间。极限拉力与气生根长、次生根数目、次生根直径和茎秆粗且呈显著或极显著正相关,茎秆极限拉力值与次生根数目的相关系数为0.45。拔节期抗倒伏拉力与乳熟期抗倒伏拉力呈极显著正相关。The purpose of the study investigated the correlation of maize inbred lines in jointing(V6)and milk ripening(R3).The ultimate tensile force,root weight,root length,stem diameter,root volume,root surface area,root projection area and root tip number were measured during the jointing period,aerial root number,aerial root diameter,aerial root length,secondary root diameter,secondary root length,68 maize inbred root length and stem thickness during the ripening period.The study shows that the ultimate tension of maize inbred line,root fresh weight,root diameter,root length,root volume,root surface area,projection area and root tip number were all positively correlated.The correlation coefficient was between 0.37 and 0.62,and the correlation coefficient of root ultimate tension and root fresh weight was the highest(0.58).The correlation coefficient of the ultimate tension value and other traits is between 0.02 and 0.45.The ultimate tension was positively correlated with the length of aerial roots,the number of secondary roots,subroot diameter and stalk thickness,and the correlation coefficient of the ultimate tensile value and the number of secondary roots was 0.45.There was a significant positive correlation between the lodging tension and the ripening stage.
