大豆两种病害抗性机制及抗病育种研究进展

摘  要:大豆花叶病毒病和大豆疫霉根腐病作为大豆减产的主要因素,制约着大豆产量的提升和性状的稳定,长期以来受到育种学家的重视。目前没有有效的方法防治这两种病害,通过发掘抗病基因,利用转基因技术培育抗病品种,是最有效安全的途径。本文从分子水平综述了这两种病害的抗病基因、抗病分子机制,并探讨了大豆抗病性改良的潜在途径,以期为大豆抗病育种研究提供思路。Soybean mosaic virus disease and Phytophthora root rot disease,as the main factors of soybean yield reduction,restrict the improvement of soybean yield and the stability of traits,and have long received attertion from breeders.There is no effective method to control these two diseases,and the most effective and safe way is to breed disease-resistant varieties by discovering disease-resistant genes and using transgenic technology.In this paper,we reviewed the disease resistance genes and molecular mechanisms of these two diseases,and explored the potential ways to improve disease resistance in soybean,with a view to providing ideas for soybean disease resistance breeding research.
