摘　　要：随着科技进步,传统的《不动产权证书》办理方式已不能满足群众需求。为增进百姓的获得感、幸福感,这一领域亟待创新。利用Web service、JavaScript等技术,能有效解决《不动产权证书》附图电子化问题。就软件技术在不动产登记领域的具体应用进行详细探讨,希望能对各地不动产登记的发展及良好营商环境的创造提供参考意见。With the advancement of science and technology,the traditional way of handling and holding the Real Estate Rights Certificate can no longer meet the needs of the public.In order to enhance the people's sense of acquisition and happiness,this field is in urgent need of innovation.The use of Web service,JavaScript and other technologies can effectively solve the problem of the electronicization of the map attached to the Certificate of Real Estate Rights.The specific application of software technology in the field of real estate registration is discussed in detail in the hope that it can provide a reference for the development of real estate registration and the creation of a good business environment in various places.
