摘　　要：夜间经济在促进城市经济社会发展、提升城市综合竞争力、推进城市转型升级等方面发挥了重要作用。基于城市夜间经济高质量发展基本内涵的分析,以盐城夜间经济为例,依据高质量发展理念与目标,从政策引导、市场调节、产业联动、科技创新、安全保障等多维视角,探究盐城夜间经济实现高质量发展的动力机制,并分别从体系化建设、专业化运营、错位化发展、数字化转型与规范化管理五个方面对盐城夜间经济高质量发展的优化路径展开研究。The nighttime economy has played an important role in promoting urban economic and social development,enhancing urban comprehensive competitiveness,and promoting urban transformation and upgrading.Based on the analysis of the basic connotation of high-quality development of the urban nighttime economy,taking Yancheng nighttime economy as an example,and based on the concept and goal of high-quality development,from the perspectives of policy guidance,market regulation,industrial linkage,technological innovation,and security,this paper explores the driving mechanism of high-quality development of Yancheng nighttime economy,and studies the optimization path of high-quality development of Yancheng nighttime economy from five aspects:system construction,professional operation,dislocation development,digital transformation,and standardized management.
