摘　　要：加快发展商贸物流业有利于提高流通效率、降低物流成本、扩大消费、促进经济社会发展。近年来新疆商贸物流业蓬勃发展,但仍然存在基础设施薄弱、人才缺乏、发展环境有待优化和乡村消费水平不足等问题,因此文章提出了加快基础设施建设、加大人才培养和引进、优化发展环境和拓展农村消费市场等对策,不断提升商贸物流业发展水平,为经济社会高质量发展提供支撑。Accelerating the development of the commercial and trade logistics industry is conducive to improving circulation efficiency,reducing logistics costs,expanding consumption,and promoting economic and social development.In recent years,the commercial and trade logistics industry in Xinjiang has developed vigorously,but there are still problems such as weak infrastructure,lack of talents,a development environment that needs to be optimized,and insufficient rural consumption levels.Therefore,this article proposes to accelerate infrastructure construction,increase talent cultivation and introduction,optimize the development environment,and expand rural consumption markets.Countermeasures such as continuously improving the development level of the commercial and trade logistics industry and providing support for high-quality economic and social development.
