摘　　要：中国(新疆)自由贸易试验区的设立为新疆冷链物流发展带来了机遇与挑战。国务院印发中国(新疆)自由贸易试验区,旨在推进高质量发展。总体方案中,主要任务与措施中推动对外贸易创新发展中提到加快中国(新疆)国际贸易“单一窗口”建设,丰富跨境电商、物流全程协同等地方特色应用。同时,在建设联通欧亚的综合物流枢纽中也提及到加快建设乌鲁木齐陆港型国家物流枢纽;推动建设国家骨干冷链物流基地;创新物流运输服务模式;支持搭建国际多式联运物流信息平台;积极引进国际物流企业等重要内容。文章在此背景下,对自贸试验区进行概述的基础上,论述了中国(新疆)自贸试验区对冷链物流业的影响,并结合其他自由贸易区的成功经验,提出了冷链物流发展的启示。The establishment of China(Xinjiang)Free Trade Pilot the establishment of China(Xinjiang)Free Trade Pilot Zone brings both opportunities and challenges to the development of cold chain logistics in Xinjiang.The purpose of issuing the China(Xinjiang)Free Trade Pilot Zone by the State Council is to promote high-quality development.In the overall plan,among the main tasks and measures to promote innovative development of foreign trade,it is mentioned to accelerate the construction of China(Xinjiang)international trade"single window",enrich local characteristic applications such as cross-border e-commerce and logistics coordination throughout the whole process.At the same time,in the construction of a comprehensive logistics hub connecting Europe and Asia,it also mentions to speed up the construction of Urumqi land-based national logistics hub;promote the construction of national backbone cold chain logistics base;innovate logistics transportation service mode;support the establishment of an international multimodal logistics information platform;actively introduce international logistics enterprises and other important contents.Against this background,this article summarizes the free trade pilot zone,discusses its impact on the cold chain logistics industry,and puts forward enlightenment for the development of cold chain logistics based on successful experiences of other free trade zones.
