摘 要:为满足某型垂直起降无人机的设计目标,设计了兼顾垂直起降和固定翼前飞的涵道变桨距螺旋桨。基于叶素-动量理论以及涵道螺旋桨涡流理论,通过程序初步迭代再耦合CFD方法计算得到初步结果,以此数据返回修正涵道拉力比例因子从而得出最终螺旋桨设计结果,建立相应的三维模型,并通过地面试验验证设计的合理性。试验结果表明,在试验范围内,所设计的涵道变距螺旋桨可以满足预期设计目标。In order to satisfy the design objective of a certain vertical takeoff and landing UAV,the ducted variable pitch propeller is designed for satisfying vertical takeoff and landing and fixed wing forward flight.Based on the blade element-momentum theory and ducted propeller vortex theory,a preliminary result has been calculated through the program iteration and coupled CFD method.The final propeller design result therefore can concluded by returning this data into the corrected ducted thrust factor so as to establish a corresponding 3D model,of which the rationality of the design has been verified through ground tests.Test results shows that the designed ducted variable pitch propeller can meet the expected design objective within the test scope.
