摘 要:利用光学显微镜、洛氏硬度计及千分尺等,研究淬火装夹方式、淬火油槽的搅拌方式及回火夹具的使用等对板类零件变形量和性能的影响。结果表明,平放和竖放其变形方式和变形量有所不同,垂直吊挂为板类零件控制变形的最佳淬火装夹方式;对于较薄零件,在淬火入油瞬间减小搅拌速率能够降低淬火变形量,且不影响硬度值;回火时选用合适的夹具能够有效地降低变形量,根据夹具厚度及零件叠加厚度,合理延长回火时间,金相组织和硬度均能满足工艺要求。By means of the optical microscope,Rockwell hardness tester,and micrometer,the paper introduces the study on the effects of quenching clamping method,stirring method of quenching oil tank and use of tempering fixture on the deformation and performance of plate parts.The results indicate that there are differences in the deformation mode and amount between flat and vertical placement,and vertical hanging is the optimum quenching clamping method for controlling deformation of plate parts;For thinner parts,reducing the stirring rate at the moment of oil injection during quenching can reduce the amount of quenching deformation without affecting the hardness value;Choosing appropriate fixtures during tempering can effectively reduce deformation.Based on the thickness of the fixtures and the stacking thickness of the parts,the metallographic structure and hardness can meet the process requirements if extending the tempering time reasonably.
