摘 要:某型撑杆上锁后机构具有两个偏距,该偏距是保证撑杆可靠上锁的关键因素,研究各因素对其影响具有重要意义。前期研究模型考虑了撑杆结构误差,本文进一步建立了考虑关节配合间隙的撑杆偏距计算模型,并应用遗传算法对模型进行求解。同时,对比了两种模型仿真分析结果,获取了关节配合间隙对撑杆偏距的影响规律。There are two setovers on the mechanism of a certain stay rod after locking,this setover is the essential factor to ensure the reliable locking of the stay rod,studies on all effect factors are of significant importance.In the previous study on model,the structural error of the stay rod has been taken into consideration.This paper introduces the further establishment of setover calculation model for the stay rod in regard to the knuckle fitting clearance as well as the calculation on the model by using the genetic algorithm.Meanwhile,by comparing the simulation analysis results of two models,the effect law affecting the setover of stay rod by knuckle fitting clearance is obtained.
