摘 要:制备了空心硫化铜(H⁃Cu_(2-x)S)纳米颗粒,并利用其空腔结构负载声敏剂原卟啉(PpIX)得到多功能复合纳米试剂(PpIX@H⁃Cu_(2-x)S)。H⁃Cu_(2-x)S在近红外光(NIR)照射条件下具有良好的光热转换效果,同时具有大的比表面积(68 m^(2)·g^(-1)),可实现声敏剂PpIX的高效负载。在超声(US)激发条件下(10 min),发现有46.1%的1,3⁃二苯基异苯并呋喃(DPBF)被PpIX@H⁃Cu_(2-x)S产生的活性氧(ROS)氧化。在体外细胞实验中,PpIX@H⁃Cu_(2-x)S显示出良好的生物安全性,在NIR/US激发条件下可以高效地杀死肿瘤细胞。Hollow copper sulfide(H⁃Cu_(2-x)S)nanoparticles were developed and multifunctional nanoagent(PpIX@H⁃Cu_(2-x)S)was obtained by loading sonosensitizers protoporphyrin(PpIX)in their cavity structures.H⁃Cu_(2-x)S had a good photothermal conversion effect under near⁃infrared(NIR)light irradiation conditions and had a large specific sur⁃face area(68 m^(2)·g^(-1)),which could realize efficient loading of sonosensitizers PpIX.Under ultrasonic(US)excitation conditions(10 min),it was found that 46.1%of 1,3⁃diphenylisobenzofuran(DPBF)was oxidized by reactive oxygen species(ROS)produced by PpIX@H⁃Cu_(2-x)S.In vitro cell experiments,PpIX@H⁃Cu_(2-x)S had shown good biosafety and could effectively kill tumor cells under NIR/US excitation conditions.
