摘 要:为研究采空区引起的地质沉降对埋地输气管线安全运行的影响,以补连塔煤矿及上覆管道为研究对象,采用实体单元构建三维数值模型,分析管道在不同开采深度、煤层厚度以及开采长度下的应力、应变和位移变化。结果表明,采空后坍塌区域的土体以水平和垂直2种方式向采空区移动,且垂直方向位移远大于水平方向位移;开采深度越浅、开采量越大时,管道所受应力越大,位移量越大。通过对实际双煤层采空区模拟计算,得到此时管道最大等效应力小于管材屈服强度,管道仍处于安全状态。In order to study the influence of geological subsidence caused by goaf on the safe operation of buried gas pipeline,Bulianta Coal Mine and the overlying pipeline are taken as the research object,and the three-dimensional nu merical model is constructed by using the solid element.The stress,strain and displacement changes of the pipeline under different mining depths,different coal seam thicknesses and different mining lengths are analyzed.The results show that the soil in the collapse area moves to the goaf in both horizontal and vertical ways,and the vertical displace ment is much larger than the horizontal displacement.The shallower the mining depth and the larger the mining vol ume,the greater the stress on the pipeline and the greater the displacement.By simulating and calculating the actual double coal seam goaf,it was found that the maximum equivalent stress of the pipeline is less than the yield strength of the pipe,and the pineline was still in a safe state.
