摘　　要：乡村文化振兴作为乡村振兴的一项重要任务,为推进乡村全面振兴提供智力支持和精神动力。基层公共图书馆作为重要的乡村文化机构,在实现乡村文化振兴发面发挥着不可替代的作用。基层公共图书馆应当抓住发展机遇,科学应对挑战,通过积极争取政策支持、构建科学有效的体制机制、加强专业人才队伍建设、提高数字化建设水平、加强文旅融合发展等方面实现高质量发展,从而助力乡风文明建设,实现乡村文化振兴。The revitalization of rural culture,as an important task in the overall rural revitalization,provides intellectual support and spiritual impetus for the comprehensive development of rural areas.As a crucial rural cultural institution,grassroots public libraries play an irreplaceable role in achieving the revitalization of rural culture.They should seize development opportunities and respond to challenges through actively seeking policy support,establishing effective institutional mechanisms based on scientific principles,strengthening the construction of professional talent teams,enhancing digital infrastructure,and promoting integrated development of culture and tourism.These efforts aim to achieve high-quality development that contributes to the cultivation of rural civilization and the realization of rural cultural revitalization.
