浅层X线联合维A酸类药物治疗顽固性跖疣一例并文献复习

摘　　要：跖疣是发生于足底的寻常疣,治疗方法包括破坏性疗法、抗增生疗法、免疫疗法等。我们报道一例弥漫性、顽固性跖疣患者,曾应用冷冻治疗、激光治疗、药物治疗等均无效,经浅层X线一次联合维A酸类药物治疗,2个月后皮疹基本痊愈。Plantar warts are common warts that occur on the soles of the feet,and treatments include destructive therapy,antiproliferative therapy,and immunotherapy.We report a case of plantar warts whose lesions were diffuse and refractory,and she was treated with cryotherapy,laser therapy,and medication,with ineffective.After one-time treatment with superficial X-ray combined with retinoic acid drugs for 2 months,the rash was basically cured.
