摘　　要：设计了一种基于甲烷吸收峰波长参考的低成本、低功耗、温度自适应的布拉格光纤光栅(FBG)解调系统。详细介绍了该系统的总体设计和关键技术,包括:垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的特性分析和选取、甲烷吸收峰波长选取和甲烷吸收峰波长与VCSEL扫描波长范围匹配、光纤光栅波长选取和光纤光栅波长与VCSEL扫描波长范围匹配、利用甲烷气体吸收峰波长作为参考波长测量计算FBG的波长变化。实验结果表明,该系统无需温控,即可动态地选择和锁定不同的甲烷吸收峰波长作为参考波长解调光纤光栅波长,在10~40℃工作温度下系统的有效波长扫描范围为3.5nm,可作为无线传感网络的传感节点。A low-cost,low-power,temperature-adaptive fiber Bragg grating(FBG)demodulation system based on methane absorption peak wavelength reference was designed.The overall design and key technologies of the system were introduced in detail,including the characteristic analysis and selection of the vertical cavity surface emitting laser(VCSEL),the selection of the wavelength of the methane absorption peak and the matching of the wavelength of the methane absorption peak with the scanning wavelength range of the VCSEL,the selection of the wavelength of the fiber grating and the matching of the wavelength of the fiber grating with the scanning wavelength range of the VCSEL,and the measurement and calculation of the wavelength change of the FBG by using the methane gas absorption peak wavelength as the reference wavelength.The experimental results show that the system can dynamically select and lock different methane absorption peak wavelengths as the reference wavelength to demodulate the fiber grating wavelength without temperature control.The system has an effective wavelength scanning range of 3.5 nm at the operating temperature of 10-40℃,and can be used as a sensor node in wireless sensor networks.
