摘  要:在能源问题日益突出的背景下,超级电容器作为一种高效的电化学储能装置备受关注,其快速充放电、循环稳定性等特点使其成为当前研究的热点。过渡金属碳化物因其具有良好的导电性和化学稳定性而被用作新型电极材料。首先介绍了过渡金属碳化物的晶体结构与基本物理化学性质,随后探讨了过渡金属碳化物及其作为电极材料在超级电容器中的应用。此外详细介绍了双电层电极材料和赝电容电极材料的特性,结合材料特性探讨了过渡金属碳化物电极材料的制备方法,包括碳化钼、碳化钛、碳化铌、碳化钒以及其他的碳化物。依据材料结构与性能的密切关系,阐述了过渡金属碳化物作为电极材料对提高超级电容器电化学性能的重要意义。最后总结了过渡金属碳化物在超级电容器领域的重要性,展望了未来可能的研究方向。Under the background of increasingly prominent energy problems,supercapacitors have attracted much attention as an efficient electrochemical energy storage device,their characteristics such as fast charge and discharge and cycling stability make them becoming the focus of current research.Transition metal carbides have been used as novel electrode materials due to their good conductivity and chemical stability.Firstly,the crystal structure and basic physicochemical properties of transition metal carbides are introduced.Then,the transition metal carbides and their applications in supercapacitors as electrode materials are explored.In addition,the characteristics of double-layer electrode materials and pseudocapacitor electrode materials are introduced in detail.Based on the material properties,the preparation methods of transition metal carbide electrode materials,including molybdenum carbide,titanium carbide,niobium carbide,vanadium carbide and other carbides,are discussed.Based on the close relationship between material structure and property,the significance of transition metal carbides as electrode materials to improve the electrochemical performance of supercapacitors is expounded.Finally,the importance of transition metal carbides in the field of supercapacitors is summarized,and the possible research directions in the future are prospected.
