摘  要:随着桥梁服役年限和桥梁负载的不断增加,对桥梁进行实时健康监测和环境监测变得尤为重要。传统的监测传感器通常依赖化学电池供电,然而化学电池寿命短,需要定期检查更换,且在检修时容易导致监测系统的小面积瘫痪。提出了一种基于摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)和电磁发电机(EMG)的混合式摩擦电-电磁纳米发电机(TE-EMNG)。该装置旨在代替化学电池而作为桥梁自供能监测系统的电源。基于摩擦起电和静电感应的TENG具有高电压小电流的输出特性,而基于电磁感应的EMG具有大电流低电压的输出特性,二者的结合使得发电设备具有更高效输出。在8r/min转速下,TENG单元和三相EMG单元的最大峰值功率分别为0.34和6 mW,可以为蓝牙加速度计供电。该研究展示了一种有效的风能收集器,为桥梁自供能监测系统提供了一种创新的策略,拓宽了未来能源收集的思路。With the increasing service life and load of bridges,real-time health monitoring and environmental monitoring of bridges become particularly important.Tradtional monitoring sensors are usually powered by chemical batteries.However,the chemical batteries have a short life,need regular inspection and replacement,and can easily lead to the paralysis of a small area of the monitoring system during maintenance.The hybridized triboelectric-electromagnetic nanogenerator(TE-EMNG)based on triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)and electromagnetic generator(EMG)was presented.The device was designed to replace the chemical battery as the power supply of bridge self-powered monitoring system.The TENG based on triboelectrification and electrostatic induction has the output characteristics of high voltage and low current,while the EMG based on electromagnetic induction has the output characteristics of high current and low voltage.The combination of the TENG unit and EMG unit makes the power generation equipment have more efficient output.At the rotational speed of 8 r/min,the TENG unit and threephase EMG unit have maximum peak power of 0.34 and 6 mW,respectively,which can charge the Bluetooth accelerometer.The study demonstrates an efficient wind energy harvester,providing an innovative strategy for bridge self-powered monitoring system and broadening the thoughts of prospective energy harvesting.
