摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是因糖尿病所致的足踝以下溃疡或深层组织破坏,是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,具有高截肢率、复发率和死亡率。目前,传统外科清创、抗感染等治疗以及高压氧、负压治疗等革新疗法已经成为预防截肢的重要手段,然而DFU的治愈率仍不理想。水凝胶敷料凭借其良好的保湿性、生物相容性等优点,成为创面敷料应用领域中的研究热点。本文基于DFU的微环境、溃疡创面难愈合的因素、湿性愈合理论对功能性水凝胶敷料治疗DFU的进展作一综述。Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is a serious complication of diabetes,characterized by ulcers or deep tissue destruction below the ankle in diabetic patients.It is associated with high amputation rate,recurrence rate and mortality rate.Currently,traditional surgical treatments such as debridement and anti-infection,as well as innovative therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen and negative pressure therapy,have become important tools for the prevention of amputation.However,the cure rate of DFU is still unsatisfactory.Hydrogel dressings have emerged as a research hotspot in the field of wound care due to their excellent moisture retention,biocompatibility and therapeutic properties.Focusing on the microenvironment of DFU,the factors that make ulcer wound difficult to heal,and moist wound healing therapy,the progress of DFU functional hydrogel dressing treatment is reviewed in this paper.
