摘　　要：基质血管成分细胞是一种脂肪组织来源的异质细胞群,具有增殖分化潜能和旁分泌作用,可促进移植部位血管再生,从而实现血液循环重建,改善血供,促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合。因此,基质血管成分细胞可以应用于糖尿病足溃疡的治疗,且具有独特优势和治疗价值。本文对基质血管成分细胞促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合的机制进行综述,希望为临床研究与治疗提供参考。Stromal vascular fraction cells are heterogeneous cells derived from adipose tissue that have the potential to proliferate,differentiate and paracrine,can promote angiogenesis at the transplantation site,and achieve revascularization and improved blood supply,promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcer.Therefore,stromal vascular fraction cells can be used in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,and have unique advantages and therapeutic value.This article reviews the mechanism of stromal vascular fraction cells in promoting the healing of diabetic foot ulcers,and hope for providing references for clinical research and treatment.
