摘  要:椎间盘退行性变引发的腰痛已严重影响人们的生活和工作。人类生活作息的变化可影响椎间盘的内在昼夜节律相关因子,进而破坏椎间盘的正常生理活动,加重椎间盘退行性变。本文对昼夜节律相关因子在椎间盘退行性变机制中的影响进行综述,以期为椎间盘退行性变提供新的治疗思路。Low back pain caused by intervertebral disc degeneration seriously affects human life and work.The changes of human life and rest affect the internal circadian rhythm related factors of intervertebral disc,thus affecting the normal physiological activities of intervertebral disc,which may aggravate intervertebral disc degeneration.In this review,the influence of circadian rhythm related factors in the mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration is reviewed,in order to provide a new treatment idea for intervertebral disc degeneration.
