摘　　要：邓小平的改革思想,包含了“改革是决定中国命运的一招”“改革是中国第二次革命”“改革也是解放生产力”,以及改革要坚持“四项基本原则”“三个有利于”等一系列论断,是开启改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期的重要指导思想。习近平关于全面深化改革的重要论述,就深化改革提出了一系列改革新理念、新思想、新战略,在改革认识论、改革方向论、改革价值论、改革目标论、改革动力论、改革布局论和改革方法论等方面全面地、创造性地丰富和发展了邓小平改革思想,是我党全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化建设伟大实践的根本遵循和行动指南。Deng Xiaoping's thoughts about reform,including a series of assertions that"reform is the decisive move that determines China's destiny,"that"reform is China's second revolution,"and that"feform is also the liberation of productive forces,"as well as the insistence on"the Four Cardinal Principles"and the principle of"Three Favorables"in the reform process,serves as a crucial guiding ideology that has ushered in a new era of reform,opening-up,and socialist modernization construction.Xi Jinping's important exposition on comprehensively deepening reforms puts forward a series of new concepts,ideas,and strategies for deepening reforms,comprehensively and creatively enriches and develops Deng Xiaoping's reform thoughts in such aspects as the epistemology of reform,the orientation of reform,the axiology of reform,the goal of reform,the dynamics of reform,the layout of reform,and the methodology of reform,serving as the fundamental principle and action guide for our Party in the great practice of comprehensively deepening reforms and advancing the modernization with Chinese characteristics.
