摘 要:为筛选楸树优良抗寒种质资源,本研究以滇楸、灰楸、梓楸、金丝楸为试材,在自然低温胁迫期间测定其半致死温度、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、干物质含量、ATP酶活性、5'-AMP酶活性和脱落酸(ABA)含量等指标,并采用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)4种楸树的胞内电阻率(ri)、可溶性糖含量、干物质含量、ABA含量随着半致死温度的增强呈上升趋势;(2)可溶性糖和干物质含量与半致死温度呈极显著负相关,淀粉含量与半致死温度呈极显著正相关;(3)利用主成分分析法和隶属函数法进行综合评价,在自然低温胁迫过程中,4种楸树的抗寒性强弱为梓楸>灰楸>金丝楸>滇楸。本研究为提升楸树良种选育水平以及扩大楸树栽培范围提供科学的理论依据。Catalpa fargesii f.duclorxii,Catalpa fargesii Bur.,Catalpa ovata G.Don and Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey were used as test materials to screen the excellent cold resistant germplasm resources.During the natural low temperature stress period,semi-lethal temperatures,soluble sugar content,starch content,dry matter content,ATPase activity,5'-AMP enzyme activity and abscisic acid(ABA)content were measured.Principal component analysis method and membership function method were used to evaluate the cold resistance comprehensively.The results showed that:(1)the specific intracellular resistance(ri),soluble sugar content,dry matter content and ABA content of four Catalpa spp.species increased with the decrease of the semi-lethal temperature.(2)The soluble sugar content and dry matter content were significantly negatively correlated with the semi-lethal temperature,while the starch content was significantly positively correlated with the semi-lethal temperature.(3)According to the comprehensive evaluation by principal component analysis and membership function method,the cold resistance of four Catalpa spp.under natural low temperature stress were as follows:Catalpa ovata G.Don>Catalpa fargesii Bur>Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey>Catalpa fargesii f.duclorxii.This study provides scientific theoretical basis for improving the breeding level and extending the cultivation range of Catalpa spp..
