摘　　要：近年来,超大规模种业企业,凭借其强大的研发实力、先进的生产技术和广阔的市场渠道,在全球种业市场中占据了重要地位。然而,随着市场竞争的加剧、科技创新的加速以及国际贸易环境的变化,超大规模种业企业在发展过程中也面临着诸多挑战和困境。本研究以中化系种业为例,深入剖析了超大规模种业企业的管理现状、面临的困境并提出了相应的对策,包括加强市场研究、优化成本控制、强化人才培养和引进、加大科技研发投入等。中化系种业作为行业内的领军企业,其管理实践和经验为其他超大规模种业企业提供了有益的借鉴和启示,通过深入分析和总结,旨在为超大规模种业企业提供有效的管理策略和发展思路,推动整个行业的健康发展。In recent years,large-scale seed industry enterprises have occupied an important position in the global seed industry market with their strong research and development capabilities,advanced production technology,and broad market channels.However,with the intensification of market competition,the acceleration of technological innovation,and changes in the international trade environment,large-scale seed industry enterprises are also facing many challenges and difficulties in their development process.This study takes the Sinochem seed industry as an example to deeply analyze the management status,challenges,and corresponding strategies of large-scale seed enterprises,including strengthening market research,optimizing cost control,strengthening talent cultivation and introduction,and increasing investment in scientific and technological research and development.As a leading enterprise in the industry,Zhonghua seed Industry's management practices and experience provide useful reference and inspiration for other large-scale seed industry enterprises.Through in-depth analysis and summary,the aim is to provide effective management strategies and development ideas for large-scale seed industry enterprises,and promote the healthy development of the entire industry.
