摘 要:本文通过配制C30混凝土和C60混凝土,通过测试,研究不同再生石掺量对低强度和高强度再生骨料混凝土的拌合性能和抗压强度影响,以确定再生石在混凝土中的最大掺量,且能满足性能需求。研究表明:随着再生石掺量的增加,二者的拌合性能和抗压强度都随之降低,但再生石掺量在50%以下时,影响并不明显,当再生石掺量到70%时,其都能满足抗压强度需求,且通过提高外加剂掺量可满足混凝土的拌合性能需求,当再生石掺量达100%时,二者的抗压强度不能满足抗压强度需求;综合考虑,在使用过程中,可将70%再生石替代天然碎石进行混凝土生产,既能满足拌合性能需求,也能保证抗压强度,实现混凝土产业绿色发展需要。In this paper,by preparing C30 concrete and C60 concrete,the influence of different recycled stone content on the mixing performance and compressive strength of low strength and high strength recycled aggregate concrete was studied through tests,so as to determine the maximum content of recycled stone in concrete and meet the performance requirements.The research shows that with the increase of recycled stone content,the mixing performance and compressive strength of the two are reduced,but the impact is not obvious when the recycled stone content is below 50%.When the recycled stone content is up to 70%,it can meet the compressive strength requirements,and the mixing performance requirements of concrete can be met by increasing the admixture content.When the content of recycled stone reaches 100%,the compressive strength of the two can not meet the demand of compressive strength.Overall consideration,in the process of use,70%recycled stone can replace natural gravel for concrete production,which can not only meet the needs of mixing performance,but also ensure the compressive strength,and achieve the green development of concrete industry.
