摘 要:采用乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(EPEG-3000)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)作为共聚单体,以巯基乙醇(ME)作为链转移剂,在双氧水-抗坏血酸葡糖苷氧化还原体系引发下,经自由基水相聚合反应常温制备出一种保坍性能良好的EPEG缓释型聚羧酸减水剂(HS-PCE),通过单因素分析和正交试验研究了合成原材料及用量对HS-PCE保坍性能的影响,发现当酸醚比n(AA):n(EPEG)=1.6,酯醚比n(HEA):n(EPEG)=2.1,氧化剂、还原剂、链转移剂用量分别为共聚单体总质量的0.6%、0.14%、0.24%时,制备聚合产物的保坍性能最优;使用FT-IR表征了采用最佳反应参数所制备HS-PCE样品的分子结构;合成温度敏感性评价试验表明在10℃~35℃常温区间内均能制备出保坍性能稳定的HS-PCE。Using ethylene glycol monovinyl polyoxyethylene ether(EPEG-3000),acrylic acid(AA)and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)as copolymer monomers,and mercaptoethanol(ME)as a chain transfer agent,a sustained release EPEG polycarboxylate Superplasticizer(HS-PCE)with good slump retention performance was prepared by a free-radical aqueous polymerization reaction at room temperature,which was triggered by a redox system of hydrogen peroxide-ascorbyl glucoside.The effects of synthesized raw materials and dosage on the slump retention performance of HS-PCE were investigated by one-way analysis and orthogonal test.It is found that the slump retention performance of the HS-PCE polymerized products was optimal when the acid-ether ratio n(AA):n(EPEG)=1.6,the ester-ether ratio n(HEA):n(EPEG)=2.1,and the dosages of oxidizing agent,reducing agent,and chain-transferring agent were 0.6%,0.14%,and 0.24%,respectively,of the total mass of the copolymerized monomers.The molecular structure of the HSPCE samples prepared using the optimal reaction parameters was characterized by FT-IR.The synthesis temperature sensitivity evaluation test show that HS-PCE with stable slump retention properties could be prepared in the room temperature range of 10℃~35℃.
