分光光度法测定水泥中水溶性二价镉的含量测量不确定度分析研究

摘　　要：水泥中水溶性重金属离子的检测中,二价镉作为有毒的重金属元素是较为重要的重金属离子之一。在使用分光光度法来测定水泥中水溶性二价镉含量中,为提高检测的准确性,对检测仪器、称量设备等引入的不确定度因素进行研究,得出二价镉含量的测量不确定度(扩展因子K=2)为3.74%,满足实际需求。In the detection of water-soluble heavy metal ions in cement,divalent cadmium,as a toxic element of heavy metal,is one of the most important heavy metal ions.In the use of spectrophotometry to determine the water-soluble divalent cadmium content in cement,in order to improve the accuracy of the test,the uncertainty factors introduced by the testing instrument,weighing equipment,etc.were studied.At the end,the measurement uncertainty of water-soluble divalent cadmium in cement is obtained to be 3.74%(the expansion factor K=2),which meets the practical requirements.
