摘 要:为了提升城建项目中模板施工的技术水平与质量保障,本文以雄安站枢纽片区2号地块项目一标段为典型案例,深入介绍了该项目的工程概况,详细分析了模板支撑参数的确定方法,包括强度、刚度及稳定性计算。随后,阐述了模板安装的全过程,包括准备工作、安装顺序、定位与加固等关键环节。在模板拆除部分,探讨了拆除时机、顺序及保护措施,以确保施工安全与质量。最后,通过施工验收环节,验证了模板施工技术的有效性与成效。研究结果表明,科学合理的模板施工技术对于提高工程效率、保证结构安全及外观质量具有显著作用,为类似城建项目提供了宝贵的经验参考。In order to improve the technical level and quality assurance of template construction in urban construction projects,this article takes the first section of the No.2 plot project in the Xiong'an Station hub area as a typical case,deeply introduces the engineering overview of the project,and analyzes in detail the method of determining template support parameters,including strength,stiffness,and stability calculations.Subsequently,the entire process of template installation was elaborated,including key steps such as preparation work,installation sequence,positioning,and reinforcement.In the template removal section,the timing,sequence,and protective measures were discussed to ensure construction safety and quality.Finally,the effectiveness and efficiency of the formwork construction technology were verified through the construction acceptance process.The research results indicate that scientifically reasonable template construction technology has a significant effect on improving engineering efficiency,ensuring structural safety and appearance quality,and provides valuable experience reference for similar urban construction projects.
