摘　　要：为分析装配式建筑密封胶的研究现状,指出未来的发展方向,本文综述了密封胶的发展研究现状,主要包括目前国内外的密封胶类型、密封胶市场情况、密封胶力学性能及耐久性研究现状。研究表明:硅烷改性聚醚密封胶具有绿色环保的优点,是目前市场需求量最大的一种类型,但是国内外学者关于硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的耐久性能研究不够深入,并且硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的生产成本较高,未来硅烷改性聚醚密封胶研究不仅要满足实际工程的经济和功能需要,也期望其能发挥绿色环保的生态效益,具有广阔的发展空间和良好的发展前景。In order to analyze the research status of prefabricated building sealants and point out the future development direction,this paper reviews the development and research status of sealants,including the types of sealants at home and abroad,the market situation of sealants,the research status of mechanical properties and durability of sealants.The research shows that silane-modified polyether sealant has the advantages of green environmental protection,is currently the largest market demand for a type.However,domestic and foreign scholars on the durability of silane-modified polyether sealant research is not deep enough,and silane-modified polyether sealant production cost is high.The future silane-modified polyether sealant research should not only meet the economic and functional needs of the actual project,but also expected that it can play the ecological benefits of green environmental protection,and has broad development space and good development prospects.
