摘　　要：本文主要介绍涂装工艺自动输送系统从焊装白车身进入涂装工艺设备在移载过程中出现的着座检测识别问题对生产、品质、设备安全造成的影响进行深入分析,并且提出直接、有效的解决方案。This article mainly introduces the impact of seat detection and identification problems that occur during the transfer process of the automatic conveying system for the painting process of the white body,discusses the influence of the painting process equipment on production,quality,and equipment safety,and proposes direct and effective solutions.
