摘 要:随着汽车工业的快速发展,汽车零部件的制造工艺在提升产品性能与耐久性方面起到了关键作用,而消费者对汽车设计美学要求的不断提升,在保证工艺精度与功能性的同时,融入创新性的美学设计,是现代汽车制造领域的关键步骤。工业设计美学是表面设计的考虑,更是整体产品体验和品牌形象的塑造,制造工艺的进步,使复杂的美学设计在生产过程中得以实现,推动了汽车行业的高端化与定制化发展。因此,本文就汽车机械零件制造工艺与美学融合的技术优化展开探讨,以期望为未来汽车制造与设计提供有益参考。With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the manufacturing process of auto parts plays a key role in improving product performance and durability,and the continuous improvement of consumers'aesthetic requirements for automobile design is a key step in the field of modern automobile manufacturing while ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the process.Industrial design aesthetics is the consideration of surface design,but also the shaping of the overall product experience and brand image,and the progress of manufacturing technology,so that complex aesthetic design can be realized in the production process,and promote the high-end and customized development of the automotive industry.Therefore,this paper discusses the technical optimization of the integration of manufacturing process and aesthetics of automotive mechanical parts,in order to provide a useful reference for future automobile manufacturing and design.
