摘　　要：国学是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是中国人民智慧的精髓,是中华民族的文化之根、民族之魂。为更好地传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化,提高国学教育和国学教师人才培养质量,需要加强国学教师人才培养方面的研究和探索。本文在概述国学教育的基础上,进行了国学教师人才培养的必要性分析。通过深入分析国学教师人才培养过程和国学教师人才培养的现实问题,提出了建设国学教师人才培养课程体系的一些建议,并对新时代国学教师人才培养路径进行了探析。Classical Chinese culture studies are an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the essence of the wisdom of the Chinese people,the cultural root of the Chinese nation and the soul of the nation.In order to better inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and improve the quality of classical Chinese culture education and its corresponding teacher training,it is necessary to strengthen the relevant research and exploration of classical Chinese culture education teacher talent training.On the basis of outlining the classical Chinese culture education,this paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating classical Chinese culture education teachers.Through an indepth analysis of the cultivation process of classical Chinese culture education teachers and the practical problems faced in the cultivation process,some suggestions on the construction of relevant talent cultivation curriculum system are put forward,and the path of classical Chinese culture education teacher talent cultivation in the new era is explored.
