摘　　要：在交通强国战略的支持下,地铁建设得到突飞猛进的发展,但地铁工程所需投资数额巨大,合理控制投资有利于地铁经济可持续发展。从价值工程角度出发,探讨规划阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段以及全寿命周期地铁投资控制方法,以某市地铁6号线为例,展示了实际投资控制情况及效果。研究成果可有效控制地铁投资成本,为后续地铁建设中投资控制工作提供参考。With the strategic support of building a strong transportation country,subway construction has been hugely developed.However,the cost of investment required for the subway project is high,and the reasonable control of investment is conducive to the sustainable development of the subway economy.From the perspective of value engineering,this paper discusses the control methods of subway investment during the planning,design,construction,and whole-life cycle stages.And then,taking the subway Line 6 in a certain city as an example,the actual situation and effect of investment control are shown.The research results can effectively control the cost of subway investment and provide a reference for the subsequent investment control work in subwayconstruction.
