摘  要:采用锁脚锚管角度控制器装置,实现黄土隧道锁脚锚管的精准打设,结合工程实例探讨锁脚锚管设计安装的工艺实施要点,有效提升了风洞凿岩机钻孔角度控制精度,断面监测点周最大沉降量由24.3 mm/d减小为-0.9 mm/d。精准的施工角度有益于将拱脚位置的土压力传递到拱脚所在的围岩上,增强拱脚位置的承载力,且在黄土隧道中能够有效地控制围岩变形,提升隧道围岩的稳定性。By introducing the concept of a foot-locking anchor pipe angle controller,we achieved precise installation of foot-locking anchor pipes in loess tunnels.This paper discusses the key implementation points of the design and installation processes of foot-locking anchor pipes through engineering examples.The precision in controlling the drilling angle of the wind tunnel rock drill has significantly improved,reducing the maximum settlement at section monitoring points from 24.3 mm/d to-0.9 mm/d.Precise construction angles facilitate the transfer of earth pressure at the arch foot position to the surrounding rock,enhancing the bearing capacity at the arch foot position.Additionally,in loess tunnels,this precision effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock,improving the stability of the tunnel's surrounding rock.
