摘　　要：采用GA731型剑杆织机试织芳纶接结双层织物,通过优化调整、确定合理的上机工艺参数,有效解决了纬缩、星跳、跳纱疵点等问题,生产高质量的个体安全防护装备用织物,并有效提高织机生产效率,获得良好的经济效益.The GA731 rapier loom was used to test weave aramid bonded double-layer fabric.By optimizing and adjusting the reasonable machine process parameters,the problems of kinky weft,star skip,and harness skip defects were effectively solved,producing high-quality fabrics for personal safety protection equipment and effectively improving the production efficiency of the weaving machine,achieving good economic benefits.
