摘　　要：新时代对出版工作提出了新的使命任务和要求。高等院校学报要坚守意识形态的阵地,发挥学术传播和育人功能。要从提升学术引领能力、编辑策划与把关能力以及出版服务能力入手。只有这样,才能完成时代赋予的使命和任务,全面提升学术期刊质量,做好学术期刊出版工作。The new era has put forward new missions and requirements for publishing work.University journals should adhere to the ideological position and play the role of academic dissemination and education.We need to start by improving our academic leadership ability,editorial planning and control ability,and publishing service ability.Only in this way can we fulfill the mission and tasks assigned by the times,comprehensively improve the quality of academic journals,and do a good job in academic journal publishing.
