摘  要:在智慧图书馆建设发展的背景下,为支持高校科研创新发展需要,文章从科研用户需求角度入手,针对不同科研身份和学科属性的用户对高校图书馆的智慧服务需求差异进行分析。通过调研统计,构建科研用户对高校图书馆智慧服务的需求框架,包括资源获取需求、素养教育需求、共享空间需求、决策支持需求、虚拟服务需求、咨询辅助需求6个方面,共计16项具体服务内容,依据Kano模型测评不同科研身份和不同学科的用户对高校图书馆智慧服务的差异性。厘清科研创新中不同科研身份、不同学科对高校图书馆智慧服务的差异性需求,在此基础上提出智慧服务的优化策略。In the context of the construction and development of smart libraries,in order to support the needs of scientific research and innovation in universities,this article starts from the perspective of research user needs and analyzes the differences in smart service needs of university libraries among users with different research identities and disciplinary attributes.Through research and statistics,a framework for the demand of scientific research users for smart services in university libraries was constructed,including six aspects:resource acquisition demand,literacy education demand,shared space demand,decision support demand,virtual service demand,and consulting assistance demand,totaling 16 specific service contents.The Kano model was used to evaluate the differences in smart services of university libraries among users with different scientific research identities and disciplines.Clarify the differential demands of different research identities and disciplines for smart services in university libraries in scientific research innovation,and propose optimization strategies for smart services based on this.
