摘　　要：针对产教与军民的独立融合人才培养模式和实践路径不清晰问题,文章提出了产教-军民双融合的复合型人才培养模式与实践路径。首先,系统分析了产教-军民双融合发展现状和存在的问题,明确了产教-军民双融合复合型人才培养目标;其次,面对产教-军民双融合复合型人才培养模式独立问题,分别构建了双融合复合型人才培养模式、一主线双引领递进式专业课程结构模式和四螺旋混合教学模式,整体构建了复合型人才培养、课程体系和教学内容的融合模式;最后,根据产教-军民双融合复合型人才培养实践要求,分别构建了分层递进式复合型人才培养实践体系和机制,给出了复合型人才培养实践启示。In response to the unclear problem of the independent integration of industry education and military civilian talent training model and practical path,this article proposes a composite talent training model and practical path of industry education-military civilian dual integration.Firstly,the system analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the development of industry education-military civilian dual integration,and clarified the goal of cultivating composite talents with industry education-military civilian dual integration.Secondly,in the face of the independent issue of the dual integration of industry,education,military,and civilians in the cultivation of composite talents,we have respectively constructed the dual integration composite talent cultivation model,the one mainline dual leading progressive professional course structure model,and the four helix hybrid teaching model,and overall constructed the integration model of composite talent cultivation,curriculum system,and teaching content.Finally,according to the requirements of the practice of cultivating composite talents with the integration of industry,education,military and civilian,a hierarchical and progressive composite talent cultivation practice system and mechanism were constructed,and practical inspirations for composite talent cultivation were given.
