摘　　要：科技创新是当今世界科技强国竞争的主要阵地,科技自立自强是我国建设科技强国的战略导向和发展目标。理工类高校是我国科技创新的重要组成部分,理工类高校的科研产出是直观反映科研现状与发展的重要指标,是实现我国科技自立自强的有力支撑。文章采用文献计量学方法,以中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)的统计数据为依据,对陕西省省属6所理工类高校2019—2023年被CSCD收录的科研论文的发文量、影响力、发表期刊、学科分布等方面进行统计分析,结合我国科教兴国战略需求,提出对理工类高校科研论文的发展建议。Technological innovation is the main battlefield for competition among technological powers in the world today,and technological self-reliance and self-improvement are the strategic guidance and development goals for China to build a technological power.Science and engineering universities are an important component of China’s scientific and technological innovation.The scientific research output of science and engineering universities is an important indicator that intuitively reflects the current situation and development of scientific research,and is a powerful support for achieving China’s self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology.The article adopts bibliometric methods and uses statistical data from the China Science Citation Database(CSCD)as the basis to conduct a statistical analysis of the publication volume,influence,published journals,and disciplinary distribution of scientific research papers included in CSCD from 2019 to 2023 in six science and engineering universities in Shaanxi province.Based on the strategic needs of China’s science and education revitalization,suggestions for the development of scientific research papers in science and engineering universities are proposed.
