摘　　要：针对当前区域性高校图书馆联盟数字资源建设面临的诸多挑战,文章调查辽宁省高校图书馆数字资源建设现状,分析其存在的问题,提出实质性解决策略,引导高校图书馆联盟更好地开展数字资源服务,也为中小型图书馆提升数字化服务水平与融入资源协作提供助力。文章采用网络调查法,以与辽宁省公共图书馆联盟密切合作的6所高校图书馆为例,对各馆数据库数量、分类及官方账号在社交媒体平台发布的文章进行调研,对调查结果进行统计分析。研究发现,辽宁省高校图书馆联盟存在资源重合、共享不畅、宣传不足、合作不强等一系列问题,因此文章从完善规章制度、加强宣传合作、投入多元经费、统筹协同发展4个方面提出建议,以期为辽宁省区域性高校图书馆联盟数字资源建设的可持续发展提供参考。In view of the many challenges faced by the digital resource construction of regional university library alliance,this paper investigates the current situation of digital resource construction of university libraries in Liaoning province,analyzes its existing problems,and puts forward substantive solutions to guide the university library alliance to better carry out digital resource services,and also provides assistance for small and medium-sized libraries to improve the level of digital services and integrate into resource collaboration.This paper adopts the network survey method,takes six university libraries that cooperate closely with Liaoning public library alliance as an example,investigates the number,classification and official accounts of each library’s database published on social media platforms,and makes a statistical analysis of the survey results.The study found that there are a series of problems in the university library alliance in Liaoning province,such as resource overlap,poor sharing,insufficient publicity,and weak cooperation.Therefore,the article puts forward suggestions from four aspects:improving rules and regulations,strengthening publicity and cooperation,investing in multiple funds,and coordinating coordinated development,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of digital resource construction in regional university library alliances in Liaoning province.
