摘　　要：图书馆数字包容服务是桥接数字鸿沟、拓宽数字化成果普惠范围的基础手段,对于推广数字化战略、惠及边缘群体具有重要意义。文章全面梳理国内图书馆数字包容研究进展,从内涵探讨、动因分析及实证应用3个维度系统阐述了问题论域,提出推进我国图书馆数字包容服务的建议:强化协同合作,联合多方力量共同推动数字包容;延展辐射领域,提供有针对性的数字技能培训和服务;聚力数智增能,探索人与技术的交互式发展路径;完善评估机制,促进数字包容服务质效提升。Library digital inclusive services are the fundamental means to bridge the digital divide and broaden the scope of digital achievements,which are of great significance for promoting digital strategies and benefiting marginalized groups.This paper comprehensively reviews the current research progress of digital inclusion services in domestic libraries,and systematically reviews the problem domain from three dimensions:connotation research,motivation analysis and empirical application.Finally,suggestions for promoting digital inclusion services in Chinese libraries are proposed:strengthen collaborative cooperation and unite multiple forces to jointly promote digital inclusion;expand the radiation field and provide targeted digital skills training and services;focus on digital intelligence applications and explore the interactive development path between humans and technology;improve the evaluation mechanism to promote the quality and efficiency improvement of digital inclusive services.
