摘　　要：随着数智时代的来临,图书馆信息化建设呈现出馆藏资源数字化、服务管理信息化、知识服务多样化的趋势。文章研究表明,尽管图书馆信息化建设势在必行,但面临着信息过载与过剩、用户需求多元、技术快速变革、人工智能伦理等多方面的问题和挑战,亟须从强化人才队伍建设、加强云计算和大数据的应用、建立隐私合规框架和透明的算法体系、引入用户反馈机制等方面改善服务管理,确保图书馆信息化建设能够可持续发展。With the advent of the digital intelligence era,the informatization construction of libraries shows trends of digitization of collection resources,informatization of service management,and diversification of knowledge services.Although the informatization construction of libraries is imperative,it is facing various problems and challenges such as information overload and surplus,diverse user demands,rapid technological changes,and ethics of artificial intelligence.It is urgent to improve service management in terms of strengthening the construction of the talent team,enhancing the application of cloud computing and Big Data,establishing a privacy compliance framework and a transparent algorithm system,and introducing a user feedback mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of the informatization construction of libraries.
