摘　　要：为强化农村宅基地管理和流通,国家正积极推进土地使用的科学化与合理性,旨在促进地方经济发展和社会进步。在此进程中,创新测绘技术的融入有望加速权属调查进程,成为影响不动产登记精准度的关键因素。尽管传统的测绘手段已能基本满足权属调查需求,但它们在应对任务时效性、高效性和质量标准上显露局限。因此,新型测绘技术在权籍测定中的应用不仅能够加速农村不动产查勘作业,还确保了权籍调查的高效率和高品质。文章聚焦权籍测量技术对农村不动产边界及面积信息获取的影响,深入探讨现有测量技术的应用现状。为了全面理解新兴测绘技术的特点及其优势,选取两个实验区域,采用两种先进测绘技术,将结果与传统测绘成果对比。评估指标涵盖数据准确性、作业效率、技术实施难度及整体特性,旨在明确新时代背景下权籍测量技术的优劣之处。In order to strengthen the management and circulation of rural homestead,the state is actively promoting the scientization and rationality of land use to promote local economic development and social progress.In this process,the integration of innovative surveying and mapping technology is expected to accelerate the process of ownership investigation and become a key factor affecting the accuracy of real estate registration.Although the traditional surveying and mapping methods have been able to meet the needs of ownership investigation,they show limitations in dealing with the timeliness,efficiency and quality standards of tasks.Therefore,the application of the new surveying and mapping technology in the determination of ownership can not only accelerate the survey of rural real estate,but also ensure the high efficiency and high quality of the survey.This study focuses on the impact of ownership measurement technology on the acquisition of rural real estate boundary and area information,and deeply discusses the application status of the existing measurement technology.In order to fully understand the characteristics and advantages of the emerging surveying and mapping technology,this study selects two experimental areas,adopts two kinds of advanced surveying and mapping techniques,and compares the results with the traditional surveying and mapping results.The evaluation index covers data accuracy,operation efficiency,technical implementation difficulty and overall characteristics,in order to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of rights surveying technology in the new era.
