摘 要:以配置单台给水泵的1000MW二次再热机组为研究对象,分析了该机组在中低负荷(一般在65%负荷以内)下给水流量波动大的问题。指出机组在中低负荷下锅炉侧进入两相流不稳定状态所产生的扰动,同时给水泵的特性曲线在中低负荷区间过于平缓,两种因素相结合造成了给水流量的剧烈波动。通过重新开发给水泵水力模型,对给水泵进行改造,使其扬程特性曲线更为陡峭,可以抑制给水流量的波动,显著提高机组中低负荷运行时的经济性和安全性。另外,通过分析扰动的来源与性质,指出锅炉设计需要相应改进,以降低扰动幅度。In this paper,1000MW double reheat units with a single feed pump is designed to analyze the problem of large feed water flow fluctuation under medium and low load(generally within 65%load).It is pointed out that the disturbance caused by the unstable state of the two-phase flow on the boiler side of the unit under medium and low load,and the characteristic curve of the feed water pump is too flat in the medium and low load range,and the combination of the two factors causes the violent fluctuation of the feed water flow.By redeveloping the hydraulic model of the feed pump,the feed pump is modified to make the head characteristic curve steeper,which can restrain the fluctuation of the feed water flow and significantly improve the economy and safety of the low load operation of the unit.In addition,by analyzing the source and nature of the disturbance,it points out that the boiler design needs to be improved accordingly to reduce the disturbance amplitude.
