摘  要:基于某1000MW超超临界机组,分别对喷嘴调节、全周进汽+节流调节、全周进汽+补汽阀调节等配汽方式进行了变工况计算分析,结果表明不同配汽方式对机组变工况性能影响主要体现在主汽压力和高压缸效率变化上,进而影响机组热耗率。针对该机组全年负荷率分布情况进行了综合经济性分析,得出了该机组经济性最优的配汽方式。This article is based on a 1000MW ultra supercritical unit,and conducts variable operating condition calculation and analysis on steam distribution methods such as nozzle regulation,full cycle steam inlet+throttling regulation,and full cycle steam inlet+makeup valve regulation.The results show that the impact of different steam distribution methods on the variable operating condition performance of the unit is mainly reflected in the changes in main steam pressure and high-pressure cylinder efficiency,which in turn affect the heat consumption rate of the unit.A comprehensive economic analysis was conducted on the annual load rate distribution of the unit,and the most economical steam distribution method for the unit was determined.
