体育强国建设背景下我国冰雪运动发展的现实样态、实然困境与实践路向  

The Realistic Situation, Realistic Dilemma, and Practical Direction of the Development of Ice and Snow Sports in China under the Background of Building a Sports Strong Country

摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出了加快推进体育强国建设步伐的目标,在体育强国建设背景下,促进冰雪运动的发展是实现中国体育事业发展的重要路径。采用文献资料等研究方法,梳理我国冰雪运动发展的现实样态,分析我国冰雪运动发展面临的实然困境,进而提出我国冰雪运动发展的实践路向。研究认为,我国冰雪运动发展面临的实然困境主要包括冰雪运动核心竞争力不足、冰雪运动人口基数不足、校园冰雪运动开展滞后、冰雪体育产业发展水平较低。体育强国建设背景下我国冰雪运动发展的实践路向:完善冰雪运动竞技体系,夯实冰雪体育支撑基础;扩充冰雪体育人口基数,提升群众冰雪参与热情;重塑冰雪运动进校园,保障校园冰雪运动发展;提升冰雪体育产业生产力,拓宽冰雪产业发展道路。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the goal of accelerating the pace of building a sports power.Against the background of building a sports power,promoting the development of ice and snow sports is an important path to achieve the development of China’s sports industry.Research methods such as literature review are used to sort out the current situation of the development of ice and snow sports in China,analyze the actual difficulties faced by the development of ice and snow sports in China,and then propose the practical direction for the development of ice and snow sports in China.Research suggests that the real challenges faced by the development of ice and snow sports in China mainly include insufficient core competitiveness of ice and snow sports,insufficient population base of ice and snow sports,lagging development of campus ice and snow sports,and low level of development of the ice and snow sports industry.The practical direction of the development of ice and snow sports in China under the background of building a sports powerhouse:improving the competitive system of ice and snow sports,and consolidating the foundation of ice and snow sports support;Expand the population base of ice and snow sports,and enhance the enthusiasm of the masses for ice and snow participation;Reshaping ice and snow sports on campus to ensure the development of campus ice and snow sports;Enhance the productivity of the ice and snow sports industry and broaden the development direction of the ice and snow industry.
