基于DEA模型的中国竞技体育人才培养效率评价研究

摘　　要：竞技体育人才培养是推动我国竞技体育事业可持续发展的前提和基础,随着国家不断深化建设体育强国的目标,完善竞技体育人才培养资源投入机制和结构对提高竞技体育人才培养效率具有重要意义。本研究运用文献资料、逻辑分析、DEA数据包络分析等研究方法进行系统研究,对2016年至2020年各省区竞技体育人才培养效率进行评价研究。得出以下结论:(1)各省域的综合效率值总体呈现上升的趋势,纯技术效率与规模效率超过均值的地区比例较大,大部分省区对资源投入的管理能力较强。(2)我国竞技体育人才培养全要素生产率发展不平稳,呈动态波动趋势,但总体情况较好。(3)政府财政支持、常住人口数量、人力资本等因素,对我国竞技体育人才培养效率产生了不同程度的影响。Athletic sports talent cultivation is the premise and foundation for promoting the sustainable development of China’s athletic sports,and as the country continues to deepen the goal of building a strong sports country,it is of great significance to improve the mechanism and structure of the input of resources for athletic sports talent cultivation to improve the efficiency of athletic sports talent cultivation.This study uses literature,logical analysis,DEA data envelopment analysis and other research methods to conduct a systematic study to evaluate the efficiency of competitive sports talent cultivation in each province and region from 2016 to 2020.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The comprehensive efficiency value of each provincial and regional area shows an overall upward trend,the proportion of areas with pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency exceeding the average value is larger,and most of the provincial and regional areas have a stronger ability to manage resource inputs.(2)The development of total factor productivity in China’s competitive sports talent cultivation is not stable,showing a dynamic fluctuation trend,but the overall situation is better.(3)Factors such as government financial support,the number of resident population,and human capital have different degrees of influence on the efficiency of China’s competitive sports talent cultivation.
