摘　　要：酿酒作为我国历史悠久的制造业,是微生物工程技术的体现,亦承载了我国传统民间文化。随着现代化的不断推进,因技术转型、产业规模调整等衍生的工业遗产议题,既关乎民营乡镇企业的动态发展,又触及文化遗产的再生利用,是我国乡村振兴事业的重要一环。以江苏今世缘酒业股份有限公司为例,在把握企业史与现状的基础上,总结其文化景观特性,对其“工业+旅游+遗产”的更新策略进行深入解读,分析其作为民间文化遗产活化利用的一种在地实践如何有效促进地方经济、传承工业文化、激活地区活力,借此探讨我国乡镇工业遗产活用的可行路径。As a manufacturing industry with a long history of Chinese civilization,liquor-making is a concentrated manifestation of microbial fermentation engineering technology and also carries traditional folk culture in China.With the continuous advancement of modernization,the issue of industrial heritage derived from technological transformation and industrial scale adjustment is not only related to the dynamic development of private township enterprises,but also involved in the regeneration and utilization of cultural heritage,which is an important part of rural revitalization in China.Taking Jiangsu Jinshiyuan Liquor Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,based on the enterprise history and spatial status,we summarize the various characteristics of the cultural landscape made up with its material and intangible cultural heritage,then we deeply interpret its renewal strategy of"industry+tourism+heritage".As a local practice of activating and utilizing folk cultural heritage,we analyze how it can effectively promote local economy,inherit industrial culture,and shape handicraft cultural landscape.We hope this thesis can help to explore feasible paths for the utilization of industrial heritage in rural areas in China.
