摘　　要：习近平法治思想中的公平正义观,是中国共产党安邦治国的重要价值取向。其来源于马克思主义经典作家的公平正义思想,内蕴着中华优秀传统文化关于国家治理的智慧,继承了中国共产党对公平正义理想的不懈追求。习近平法治思想中公平正义观的科学内涵可以从“权利公平、机会公平、规则公平”这三个方面加以诠释。践行习近平法治思想中的公平正义观,要完善以宪法为统帅的中国特色社会主义法律体系,维护社会公平正义;深化司法体制综合配套改革,全面落实司法责任制;紧紧抓住经济建设这个中心,为保障社会公平正义奠定更加坚实的物质基础;推动构建人类命运共同体,坚定维护国际公平正义。The concept of fairness and justice in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law shows an important value orientation of the Communist Party of China in governing the country and ensuring its stability.The concept of fairness and justice in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law derives from the thought of fairness and justice of Marxist classic writers,contains the wisdom of traditional Chinese culture on national governance,and inherits the unremitting pursuit of the Communist Party of China for the ideal of fairness and justice.The scientific connotation of the concept of fairness and justice in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law can be interpreted from the three aspects of“fairness in rights,fairness in opportunities,and fairness in rules”.To implement the concept of fairness and justice in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,we need to refine the Socialist System of Laws with Chinese Characteristics which takes the Constitution as the commander to safeguard social fairness and justice;deepen the comprehensive reform of the judicial system and fully implement the judicial responsibility system;concentrate firmly on the central task of economic development to lay a more solid material foundation for safeguarding social fairness and justice;promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,and remain steadfast in maintaining international fairness and justice.
