摘　　要：劳动力市场分割已经成为制约我国居民收入提高的主要因素,而平台经济的出现为打破劳动力市场分割,实现共同富裕提供了新的思路和方案。那么,平台经济是否有效破解了我国的劳动力市场分割,通过对平台经济指数和劳动力市场分割进行测度,进而全面分析平台经济对劳动力市场分割的影响,结果表明:平台经济对不同类型的劳动力市场分割存在异质性影响,平台经济加剧了部门间劳动力市场分割,但对城乡劳动力市场分割存在缓解作用,而对体制内外劳动力市场分割则不存在显著影响;平台经济的不同维度,如平台基础设施、平台化交易和平台化商品等平台经济对不同类型劳动力市场分割的影响同样存在异质性。由此,应该加强农村数字化基础设施和数字化交易的建设,完善对数字平台使用的监管机制;推进平台化商品建设,进一步释放平台经济对劳动力市场分割的缓解作用。Labor market segmentation has become a major factor constraining the increase in residents’incomes in China.The emergence of the platform economy provides new ideas and schemes for breaking labor market segmentation and achieving common prosperity.So,has the platform economy effectively solved the segmentation of the labor market in China?By measuring the platform economy index and labor market segmentation,and comprehensively analyzing the impact of the platform economy on labor market segmentation,the study shows the following results:First,the platform economy has heterogeneous effects on different types of labor market segmentation.It has intensified segmentation between sectors,but alleviated urban-rural labor market segmentation,and has no significant impact on the segmentation between the institutional and non-institutional labor markets;Second,different dimensions of platform economy,such as platform infrastructure,platform transactions and platform commodities,also have heterogeneous effects on the segmentation of different types of labor market.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure and digital transactions,improve the regulatory mechanisms for the use of digital platforms,promote the construction of platform for goods,and further release the mitigating effects of the platform economy on labor market segmentation.
