摘  要:为探讨不同组合粗饲料对羔羊生长性能、瘤胃形态及肉质的影响,试验选择1.5月龄左右小尾寒羊48只,随机分为4组。对照组、试验1组、试验2组及试验3组的粗饲料分别为:50%揉丝干秸秆,35%微贮秸秆+15%揉丝干秸秆,35%氨化秸秆+15%揉丝干秸秆,17.5%微贮秸秆+17.5%氨化秸秆+15%揉丝干秸秆。结果表明:平均日增重,试验2组>试验3组>试验1组>对照组,试验2组与试验3组较试验1组分别提高10.78%和14.18%(P<0.05),试验2组与试验3组无显著差异(P>0.05),其他各组均为差异显著(P<0.05)。平均日采食量,试验3组较试验1组及对照组分别升高11.38%和18.20%(P<0.05)。料重比,试验2组较对照组降低13.19%(P<0.05)。瘤胃乳头长度,试验1组和试验3组较对照组分别提高23.39%和36.95%(P<0.05)。瘤胃乳头宽度及肌层厚度,试验3组较对照组提高48.59%和12.95%(P<0.05)。宰前重与眼肌面积,试验3组较对照组提高9.36%和11.74%(P<0.05);胴体重与屠宰率,试验2组及试验3组较对照组分别提高了14.20%、6.21%和17.29%、7.23%(P<0.05);胴体脂肪含量值(GR),试验3组较对照组及试验1组分别降低了24.91%和18.22%(P<0.05)。肌肉亮度L*,试验1组高于对照组9.84%(P<0.05);肌肉红度a*,试验1组较对照组及试验2组分别提高了8.99%和5.75%(P<0.05);剪切力及失水率,试验1组较对照组及试验2组,分别降低了19.02%、8.74%和12.31%、7.23%(P<0.05);熟肉率,试验1组较对照组及试验2组分别提高了7.47%和5.21%(P<0.05)。以上结果说明,氨化秸秆与氨化+微贮秸秆在提高羔羊生长性能方面效果较好;氨化+微贮秸秆在改善羔羊瘤胃形态发育及屠宰率方面效果较好;微贮秸秆在改善羔羊肉品质方面效果更好。In order to investigate the effects of different combinations of roughage on the growth performance,rumen morphology and meat quality of lambs,48 lambs of about 1.5 months of age were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.The roughage for the control group,test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3 was 50%kneaded dry straw,35%micro-storage straw+15%kneaded dry straw,35%ammoniated straw+15%kneaded dry straw,17.5%micro-storage straw+17.5%ammoniated straw+15%kneaded dry straw,respectively.The results showed that:average daily weight gain,test group 2>test group 3>test group 1>control group,the difference between test group 2 and test group 3 was highly significant compared with test group 1,which increased by 10.78%and 14.18%,respectively(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between test group 2 and test group 3(P>0.05).The average daily feed intake of test group 3 was significantly higher than that of test group 1 and control group by 11.38%and 18.20%,respectively(P<0.05).The feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower in group 2 than in the control group by 13.19%(P<0.05).Rumen papilla length,test group 1 and test group 3 were significantly higher than the control group by 23.39%and 36.95%(P<0.05),respectively.Rumen papilla width and muscle thickness,test group 3 was significantly higher than the control group by 48.59%and 12.95%(P<0.05).Pre-slaughter weight and eye muscle area were significantly higher in test group 3 than in the control group by 9.36%and 11.74%(P<0.05);Carcass weight and slaughter rate were significantly higher in test group 2 and test group 3 than in the control group by 14.20%,6.21%,17.29%and 7.23%respectively(P<0.05);and the value of carcass fat content(GR)was significantly lower in test group 3 than in the control group and test group 1(P<0.05).which decreased by 24.91%and 18.22%(P<0.05),respectively.Muscle brightness,L*,was significantly higher in test group 1 than in the control group by 9.84%(P<0.05);muscle redness,a*,was significantly higher in test group 1 than in the cont
