摘 要:为研究谷草微贮对肉牛增重和饲料转化率、营养物质表观消化、血清生化指标的影响,选用体重570 kg左右、体况良好的西门塔尔杂交公牛36头,随机分为4组,每组9头。对照组粗饲料由60%全株玉米青贮+40%稻草组成,试验组分别替代10%、20%、30%的全株玉米青贮,稻草比例不变,精饲料组成及饲喂比例一致。预饲期10 d,正饲期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验1组、2组、3组血清总蛋白(TP)含量分别提高了52.09%、54.95%和52.46%(P<0.05);血清白蛋白(ALB)含量分别提高了67.15%、67.38%和74.39%(P<0.05);试验2组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性提高了22.77%(P<0.05);试验1组、2组、3组粗蛋白质表观消化率分别提高了53.48%、32.48%和43.90%(P<0.05);粗纤维表观消化率分别提高了20.81%、37.95%和39.15%(P<0.05);酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率分别提高了45.79%、72.09%和67.68%(P<0.05);试验2组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率比对照组提高了27.19%(P<0.05)。结果表明:日粮中用谷草微贮饲料替代部分全株玉米青贮饲喂西杂肉牛,可增加采食量,促进机体蛋白质代谢,提高机体抗氧化能力,替代比例10%~20%可获得较好的育肥效果和经济收益。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of millet straw micro-storage on weight gain,feed conversion rate,nutrient apparent digestion and serum biochemical indexes of beef cattle.Hirty-six Simmental hybrid bulls with body weight of about 570 kg and good body condition were randomly divided into 4 groups,9 in each group.The the control group was composed of 60%whole plant corn silage+40%straw,and the experimental groups replaced 10%,20%and 30%whole plant corn silage,respectively.The proportion of straw remained unchanged,and the composition and feeding ratio of concentrate were consistent.The pre-feeding period was 10 days and the feeding period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the serum total protein(TP)content of the experimental group 1,2 and 3 increased by 52.09%,54.95%and 52.46%,respectively(P<0.05).Serum albumin(ALB)content increased by 67.15%,67.38%and 74.39%,respectively(P<0.05).The activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in group 2 was increased by 22.77%(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein in group 1,2 and 3 increased by 53.48%,32.48%and 43.90%,respectively(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude fiber increased by 20.81%,37.95%and 39.15%,respectively(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF)increased by 45.79%,72.09%and 67.68%,respectively(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in the experimental group 2 was 27.19%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results indicated that replacing part of the whole plant corn silage with millet grass silage in the diet to feed Simmental crossbred beef cattle could increase feed intake,promote protein metabolism and improve the antioxidant capacity of the body.The replacement ratio of 10%~20%could obtain better fattening effect and economic benefits.
